Shipping and Delivery
All items will be shipped once payment has been received in full.
All orders will be shipped in Victoria via regular Australia Post at a flat rate of $10. Interstate shipping has an added cost to cover the postal fees.
At The Phoenix and the Turtle we don't ship internationally.
All prices displayed are in AUD. A charge of 10%GST is included in the price shown.
Refunds/Exchange/Cancellation of Orders
We want you to be happy with your pandt products If you are unsure about the size or fit of our shoes please contact us before making your purchase so we can assist you in making your selection to ensure the best possible fit.
If you receive your shoes and are not happy with the fit please contact us as we may be able to provide you with a simple solution and are more than happy to assist you in resolving the situation.
Please be aware that we cannot provide a refund for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making your purchase. We will however provide a refund of the purchase price in the event that goods are deemed faulty and they cannot be repaired or replaced. Goods will need to be returned within 30days of purchase and contact needs to be made before goods are returned.
pandt cannot be responsible for any products lost in transit when being returned.
We are happy for you to exchange your shoes within 30days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange the exchange. Items must not be worn or damaged. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage will be at the expense of the customer so please contact us before you make your purchase so we can assist in you making the best choice.
Please try your new shoes on a carpeted area to ensure the shoes do not get damaged and ensure the fit is correct.
If a suitable item is not available for exchange, a credit note will be issued
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted on sale items.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any sales items so please choose your items carefully.
Faulty goods must be returned within 30days of the purchase, faulty goods will be repaired or replaced. If an item cannot be repaired or replaced then a refund will be issued. pandt accepts no responsibility for goods damaged by the customer and will not repair, replace or refund items due to normal wear and tear. Goods need to be returned to pandt. so that the fault can be determined and appropriate action taken. Please make contact with pandt before returning goods.

Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled once items have been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible and if necessary refund any monies paid.
Hosiery, Shoe Care and Body Care Products
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return or exchange of any hosiery, shoe care products or body products. Please choose these items carefully. Please feel free to contact us before you make your purchase with any questions you may have in regards to these products.
Placing an Order
Placement of an order constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Your order will be confirmed by email. You will receive confirmation your order has been processed and receive an electronic invoice.
pandt reserves the right to refuse a purchase for any reason, orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
We have chosen to use Paypal as our payment method. Please refer to their Security and Privacy policies.
pandt recognises your rights to the protection of all personal information you provide us. We will not sell any of personal information to any third parties. We may at times provide details such as your address to third parties if necessary to fulfil your order.
